We Breed. Love. Groom. Show Bedlingtons.

Welcome to the website of Quote Bedlington Terrier Kennel FCI!
Our kennel is committed to breeding well-tempered and balanced Bedlington Terriers of excellent health and conformation to the breed standard. Our goal is to preserve the original values and unique character of the breed.
Our dogs’ health is established by thorough health testing, and the base of our breeding program is thoughtful and responsible planning. We believe that outstanding looks and show successes only represent actual value if they are paired with stable health and harmonic temperament.
Quote dogs are not only show champions and important parts of our breeding program – they are primarily family members. They grow up in our home in a family environment, and we are proud that they gild the lives of families all around the world.
Discover the story of our kennel, our breeding philosophy, and what the Bedlington Terrier means to us – a distinctive breed in which elegance, intelligance, temperament, and charming personality meet.
Developed in northern England as a skilled rodent hunter and miner’s companion, the Bedlington Terrier — originally called the Rothbury Terrier — combines a distinct lamb-like look with the courageous heart of a true working dog.
Standing around 41 cm tall and weighing 8–10 kg, the Bedlington Terrier is a light-framed, agile dog known for its non-shedding coat and unique, lamb-like appearance. The breed displays a wedge-shaped head with a silky white topknot, thin ear tassels, and an elegant, arched topline that reflects its sighthound speed.
The breed can be predisposed to few inherited conditions, such as Copper Toxicosis (a liver disorder), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), and Distichiasis (extra eyelashes). Today, responsible breeding and routine DNA screening or eye exams help ensure Bedlington Terriers lead long, healthy lives.
Our puppies are looking for loving, lifelong families where they will be cherished as true members of the household. We are committed to responsible breeding, and for us, finding the right home is just as important as raising healthy, well-socialised puppies.
We take the time to get to know every prospective owner, ensuring that each puppy is matched with a family and lifestyle that suits its individual temperament. We are always happy to answer questions, offer honest advice, and help you decide whether the Bedlington Terrier is the right breed for you.
Quote Bedlington Terrier puppies leave for their new homes only after receiving all age-appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, microchipping and deworming. They are accompanied by an EU Pet Passport, FCI Export Pedigree, Sales Contract and Invoice. Each puppy also leaves with a carefully prepared puppy pack, and our lifelong breeder support remains available to every Quote family.
Our puppies can travel to their new homes worldwide, and we are happy to assist with the arrangements and requirements involved in international travel.
If you are interested in welcoming a Quote puppy into your family, we encourage you to contact us well in advance. We are always delighted to meet future owners, learn about their expectations and lifestyle, and answer any questions they may have.
Our goal is not simply to place puppies, but to create lasting partnerships between wonderful dogs and responsible owners — and to welcome every new family into the Quote community.
